the results may differ from the pictures. As always, pictures are for illustration purposes only. Generally
speaking, the core styles will be the same.

All products come with a limited manufacturer warranty. Once the products have been altered in any way,

No, our kits do not come painted. It is almost impossible for us to color match your car, when your car is not
sitting in front of us. Thus we recommend you take it to a professional body shop to have the kits prepped,
primed, and painted.
I ordered, but I did not received my tracking number, why?
Tracking numbers are provided once the products have been picked up by the shipping company. Only after then,
can we provide you with a tracking number. We ship numerous parts per weeks with different locations, for
example, when we ship to Usa we always package lots of order for customers, this will delay your shipment, but
it’s the only way we can make you save some money ! All orders will take from 2 to 6 weeks to be delivered, even
if the product is in stock. I have received an brokage invoice after got the parts .. what is this and why should I pay this ? We do export two kinds of products to USA. Bumper boxes and smaller boxes like lips or wings. When we ship a complete body kit or single bumper, we use freight line that transport our body kit boxes. our broker charge us duty and taxes. They are included in your shipping cost and you pay for them in the shipping price. No other invoice will be charged. But when we export smaller boxes like lips or others products, we use Purolator, which is a similar company as Fedex or UPS and there is NO WAY we can include the duty cost in the shipping cost. So you will need to pay duty & brokage, about 15-20% of your invoice including shipping. This invoice belong to your goverment and if you have any question regarding duty & brokage, we cannot assist you. We only take the order and export the product in your country. All taxes and customs charges are YOUR responsability and we don't have any relation with this. For more information, please visit this website http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/home.xml

Do I need to remove the reinforcement bar?
The removal of the reinforcement bar may be necessary for the fitment of our aftermarket products. In some
instances the reinforcement bar may only need to be trimmed down for fitment of our products.
Sideskirts doesn’t line up very well on the car.. what should I do ?
Lots of sideskirts need to be molded to the body of the car for perfect fitement. Always give this installation
to a professional since they are the most difficult part to put on the car.
Do you guarantee fitment?
Due to the nature of fiberglass, we do not guarantee fitment. All our products are made to the closest OEM
standards possible, but since they are all hand made minor difference can occur. Also with the vast possibilities
of why products do not fit perfectly, such as accidents, heat, poor installation, etc, it is very difficult to
guarantee perfect fitment. Read the Terms & Conditions for more informations.
Can you install the products for me?
Sorry we don’t do any installation for customers.
Why doesn’t my kit fit perfectly?
Due to the nature of fiberglass, we cannot guarantee fitment. All our products are made to the closest OEM standards
possible, but since they are all hand made minor difference can occur. Also with the vast possibilities of why products
do not fit perfectly, such as accidents, heat, poor installation, etc, it is very difficult to guarantee perfect
fitment. Read the Terms & Conditions for more informations.
Do your kits come with hardware and instructions?
Most of the kit doesn’t come with instructions and hardware. However, some do but we don’t supply them if they are
not included. We still recommend having a professional body shop with experience in these products to perform
installation.
What kind of body shop should I have this kit installed by?
When looking for a body shop to install your kit, look for one with experience in doing such installations. A body
shop with 30 years experience in doing collision work but no experience in aftermarket body kits is not recommended.
It would be better to take the kit to a body shop with just 2 years in business but specialize in installing aftermarket
body kits.
All hoods require professional installation. Adjustment of, but not limited to, latches, hooks, or
fenders may be necessary as part of the normal installation of all hoods. All hoods require hood pins for safety reason.
All hoods cannot sustain any force or weight on the surface. Do not put weight on the hood surface as it could crack the
hood. All fiberglass products require professional body works such as priming, sanding, painting, or molding for proper
installation. Installation and paint must be done by body shop with experience with bodykits and carbon fiber products.
Regular collision shop should never be used.
Can I install Ground Effects myself? How difficult is it to install?
We can not say one way or the other whether you can install ground effects and wings since we don’t know your skills.
However, ground effects and wings in general require installation by a custom body shop which has EXPERIENCE in installing
similar products. You have to be your own judge and must decide whether you can do it or not. However, as a rule of thumb,
if you are asking us whether you can install it or not, then most likely you CANNOT.
Please note that installation
is not the only thing required in order to have a finished product. Prior to final installation there is a "dry fitting"
procedure involved which requires experience in order to accomplish it properly, then there is the prepping procedure,
then installation and of course painting. Even if you could do the dry fitting and prepping, we would have to assume that
you can not do the painting, therefore you would still have to have it done by a body shop. Please note that we always
recommend painting of the products after they have been installed for 2 reasons. First, dry fitting can not be done with
painted pieces since you would damage the painted surface in the procedure and second, assuming that you painted the
pieces after you had it dry fitted, you are still running the chance of scratching or damaging the surface of the product
during installation procedure.
Dry fitting refers to the procedure where the installer makes all the necessary
adjustment to the product in order to make it fit perfectly. Dry fitting involves trimming, grinding and filling gaps
in order to have the pieces fit the contour of the car. This is a procedure that is best left to a professional body
man who has done this type of work before, since he can do it a lot faster and cheaper then someone who has never done
it before. Most body shops however have never installed a ground effect before, therefore for them it would be an unknown
procedure which inadvertently results in either them charging way too much for the installation or claiming that the product
is defective. For this reason we suggest that prior to purchasing anything from us or from any other company, you find the
right shop to do the installation for you so that you will not be unpleasantly surprised.
Unfortunately some ground
effect companies claim that their products are do-it yourself items or bolt-on items or that they fit perfectly out of the
box, but we can assure you that no such after market ground effect kit exists whether from us or from any other source. The
difference is that some tell the truth while others do not. Some products may need more work then others and a lot of it
depends on the design of a particular product, the material that it is made out of, the car that it is being put on and the
most important - who is putting it on.
For example, a product with a complicated and elaborate design such as our
Shogun style side skirts are more difficult to put on than a simple design straight side skirt. A product made out of
urethane or plastic is easier to put on than one made from fiberglass for the simple reason that fiberglass is less
flexible then the other two materials. A shop that has only installed simple urethane side skirts does not have the
experience in installing elaborate design fiberglass side skirts, therefore their first thought when they confront
difficulties would be to think that the side skirts are defective. No two cars that roll out of an assembly line are the
same, therefore the same product may fit differently on 2 different cars of the same model. Additional factors such as prior
accidents, small damage to the body panels and overall use or abuse of the car over the years changes many factors which
inadvertently cause the ground effects to fit differently from car to car. Finally the most important factor in installing
ground effects is the person who is doing it. A body man that has 1 year experience in installing all types of ground
effects in all 3 different materials would be able to do the job in less time for less money, then a body man with 30
years of experience but who has never installed a ground effect before.
