All customers must pre-pay for all products. This is because each product is specially ordered or manufactured.

All returns must be authorized and approved by Onderground-Design and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. All return requests must be made within 7 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to Onderground-Design. in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Onderground-Design. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. The shipping, insurance and all other fees concerning a refund is charged to the client and will not be refunded. Shipping & import fees aren't refundable.

Onderground-Design shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to Buyer when the cause of such failure is the result of the forces of nature, labour disputes, supplies or materials shortage, acts of local, state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of Onderground - Design’s business.

Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call Onderground-Design within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. The damage claim need to be filled directly with the transport company and not with Onderground-design. In order to receive some credit to repair the product ( if possible ) you need to contact them. Onderground-design is NOT responsible for damaged products.

All products sold by Onderground-Design are sold "as is" to the customer. Onderground-Design does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. Buyer also understand that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, Onderground-Design is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking you aero parts) or act of nature/God, Allah, Jehovah, etc. All body kits (aero components) are only recommended and legal to be used for off-highway use such as track racing or for exhibition show only! Buyer understands that all body kits (aero components) may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal or factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Because several of these kits are prototyped and used on NON-USA vehicles that have much less safety standards/requirements in their respected country of origin. Buyer understands that all body kits (aero components) requires some prep work before paint; we are not responsible for any extra incurred fees, material fees, storage fees for unexpected labour your body shop/paint shop charges the Buyer. Buyer understands Onderground-Design are not responsible or liable for any vehicle delivery fees, transportation costs, towing fees or incurred damages for bringing vehicle to a body shop for installation, paint and/or body modifications. All products are sold for off-road use only.

All aerodynamics are manufactured with 100% fibreglass. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. We Strongly RECOMMEND you only have highly skilled body shop/technician install and paint any body kit (aero components) for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the have the same quality work performed. We find that you get what you pay for! Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered with pictures to be approved for return.

There is a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date. No Cancellation will be allowed if product is already shipped.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Onderground-Design shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Onderground-Design, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Please note that the pictures used on this website may come from car shows. Due to the nature of car tuning, bodywork and modifications the result may be different from the original product. The design will mostly ressemble the one shown on the pictures and in most cases be identical. Onderground-design reserve the right to use any pictures of cars with the products we manufacture and or distribute from any website, forum, cardomain or any others website without the consent of the owner of the car and the right to use such pictures for promoting, website, magazine and any publicity or advertising. If we have acces to the owner of the car we will of course contact him beforehand.

LE FORMULAIRE DE COMMANDE

Tout paiement doit être effectué au préalable d’une commande. Aucun paiement sur livraison (COD) pour tout produits qui doit être livré par transport. Un dépôt minimal de 50% sera exigé sur toutes commande livré ou ramassé directement de notre entrepôt.

Tout produit retourné doit être au préalable approuvé par notre département de vente. Tout retour est assujetti à des frais de remise en stock de 25%. Les requêtes de retour doivent être d’un délai maximal de 7 jours ouvrables après réception du produit. Les produits retournés suivants ne sont pas acceptés : usagés, modifiés, altérées, peinturés, coupés, sablés ou sur commande spéciales. Tout retours approuvés doivent être dans leurs emballages d’origine ou similaire. Aucun retour ne sera accepté ni remboursé si l’emballage est considéré inadéquat et que les pièces sont brisées ou manquantes. Dans le cas échéant, votre remboursement se fera une fois la réclamation d’assurance de compagnie de transport complétée. Les frais de transport, assurance et tout autres frais relié au retour de la marchandise sont au frais du client. Les frais de manutention et d'importation sont non remboursable.

Onderground-Design n’est pas responsable des manquements liés à la production et aux délais que peut subir l’entreprise. Les problèmes reliés suivants ne sont pas du ressort de l’entreprise et celle-ci ne peut en aucun cas être tenu pour responsable, tel que : acte de Dieu, problèmes de personnel, de matériel, de grève, actes local, nationale, civic ou public, de transport, communications, incidents majeurs, maladies ou tout autre problème non relié au bon fonctionnement de l’entreprise.

Les bris de matériel peuvent quelques fois survenir dans les transferts des transporteurs. Veuillez inspecter tout le matériel lors de réception en présence du livreur. Ne signez pas le bon de livraison avant d’avoir inspecté la marchandise. Si des bris ont eu lieu, veuillez noter les dommages sur le bon de livraison et autoriser le livreur à signer. Contactez nous dans les 24hrs suivant pour nous aviser des bris et prenez contact avec le transporteur pour les bris et dommages. Prenez des photos et conservez les comme preuves de bris. La pièces sera soit remplacé si des bris trop important ou réparé si disponible. Onderground-design ne pourra vous aider avec votre réclamation, elle doit être entre vous et le transporteur.

Tout produits vendus par Onderground-design sont vendus « TEL QUEL » sans aucune garantie. Si le produit est l’objet de garantie du manufacturier, les formulaires et documents vous seront inclus dans l’emballage. Onderground-design n’est pas responsable pour les dommages reliés à l’utilisation des pièces vendu par celui-ci, tel que accidents, blessures ou problèmes suite à un mauvais jugement du conducteur sur la route, mauvaise installation, mauvais jugement de l’utilisation ( pièces endommagées ou brisées ) ou actes de Dieu. Le client comprend et accepte que toutes pièces aérodynamique peuvent nécessiter des modifications, préparations et que Onderground-design n’est pas responsable pour les frais encourus de : matériel, entreposage, main-d’oeuvre d’installation ou modifications ou de peinture. Toutes pièces aérodynamique sont fabriqué de fibre de verre. Pour cause de matériel utilisé, les pièces ne seront en aucun cas et ne doivent pas être considérées « Directe ». Les pièces peuvent nécessiter : préparation, sablage, moulage, coupe, remoulage ou tout autre procédé d’installation jugé important.

En acceptant les modalités, le client comprend et accepte que les modifications peuvent demander le travail de spécialise en fibre de verre pour réaliser le projet de l’installation. Nous vous recommandons l’usage d’un carrossier expérimenté dans l’installation et la pose de telles pièces. Touts les carrossiers sont différentes et nous vous suggérons de visiter plusieurs endroits après réception des pièces pour obtenir de différentes soumissions. Onderground-design n’est pas responsable des frais de livraisons encourus ou frais de remorquage suite à une installation, peinture ou modifications du véhicule. Le client accepte que certaines pièces doivent être coupées, modifiées, sablées, renforcies, installation de support ou de moulage sur le véhicule pour une installation professionnelle. Les pièces ne doivent pas être considérés PRÊT A POSER et que quelques fois elles doivent être modifiées pour être installées. Toutes les pièces sur le site de Onderground-design sont vendu pour un usage hors-route. Onderground-design fera tout en son pouvoir pour expliquer les procédures d’installations des pièces aux clients qui les demande. Aucun remboursement ne sera autorisé pour les pièces sous prétexte que les pièces doivent être modifiées ou moulées. Si les mesures à entreprendre sont extrêmes, un remboursement pourra être envisagé après vérification auprès de nos fournisseurs.

Des frais de 25% serons chargés sur toute commande après 30 jours si le produit demeure non livré. Aucune annulation n’est accepté pour des produits qui sont soit livré ou qui sont actuellement dans le transport pour être livrés.

Malheureusement, malgré tout nos efforts dans la précision de notre travail, des produits des erreur de prix ou d’informations peuvent se glisser dans nos catalogues, liste de prix et site internet. Onderground-design se réserve le droit de refuser ou d’annuler toute commande placée au mauvais prix inscrit, d’en aviser le client et sous sa propre réserve, lui offrir explication pour les changement et une offre pour compenser la mauvaise informations.

Veuillez noter que les photos des voitures que nous utilisons pour montrer nos produits sont des voitures d’expositions. Étant donné la variété de modification possible, le résultat peut être différent du produit original. En général, les lignes et le style du produit seront les même.

Onderground-design se réserve le droit d’utiliser ou de modifier toute photos et vidéos provenant de tout programmes ou utilitaires relié à internet, tel que : site internet, forum, cardomain ou tout autre site gratuit et libre de toute protection relié aux droit d’auteurs. L’entreprise peut, sans en demander le consentement aux propriétaires, utiliser les photos et vidéos des produits qu’elle fabrique et distribue et les utiliser à des fins commerciales tel que promotions, magazines, catalogues, sites internet ou toutes autres publicités ou de marketing. Si l’entreprise à accès aux propriétaire des photos et vidéo, elle lui demandera la permission pour les utiliser.
